• Production Approval: Once an order for a custom product moves into the production stage, no modifications, cancellations, or design overrides can be requested.
• Color & Fabric Variance: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and digital rendering limitations.

3. Sizing Rules

Because our drop-shoulder streetwear features a specific relaxed, oversized fit, clients must refer directly to the Zimal Store Size Guide before ordering. We are not liable for replacement or refund claims resulting from an incorrectly chosen size by the customer.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
