Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zimal Store. We take pride in delivering premium quality, custom-tailored apparel. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.

1. Customized Products Policy

Since our drop-shoulder shirts are fully customized and custom-made according to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or custom design changes after production has started.

We highly recommend checking our detailed Size Guide before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit.

2. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong order entirely, we will gladly fix it.

  • Reporting Window: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Proof Required: Please provide clear unboxing videos or high-quality photographs showing the exact issue or defect along with your order number.
  • Resolution: If the mistake is from our end, we will send a replacement product or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Eligible Non-Customized Items (If Applicable)

For any generic/non-customized apparel or items from our regular catalog to be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 working days via your original payment method or through Bank Transfer/Digital Wallet (for Cash on Delivery orders).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Zimal Store will cover all shipping costs if the return or exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.
  • For standard product returns (where applicable), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
