Shipping Policy

At Zimal Store, we are dedicated to delivering your premium customized streetwear safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping rules, delivery timelines, and tracking procedures below.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Because we specialize in customized drop-shoulder apparel, each shirt is tailored and crafted individually to meet your exact specifications.

  • Production Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for custom tailoring, printing, and quality check inspections before your order is dispatched.
  • Standard Drops: Non-customized items from our ready-to-wear catalog are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and national holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines (Within Pakistan)

Once your order leaves our facility, the estimated shipping times via our trusted courier partners are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Flat shipping charges of Rs. [Insert Amount, e.g., 350] apply to all orders across Pakistan.
  • Free Shipping Offer: We offer FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. [Insert Free Shipping Threshold, e.g., 3000 or 5000].

4. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to the courier service, you will receive a confirmation message (via SMS and/or Email) containing your unique Tracking ID and a link to trace your delivery status in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times at your specified address. Please ensure your contact number is reachable so the rider can coordinate with you.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure the exact order amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays or return-to-origin (RTO) status.

6. Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address, city, and mobile number before checking out. Once an order has been dispatched from our workshop, we cannot modify the shipping address or redirect the package.
